These high quality embroidery needles have exceptionally sharp points and are made from nickel- plated steel which offers excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion. DMC embroidery needles are available in sizes 1-10. The smaller the number, the larger the needle. 

This pack contains 16 embroidery needles in sizes 5-8, suited for use with Diamant, 1-2 strands of Stranded Cotton, or Cotton Perlé 5-8. The number of each size in the pack are as follows:

What size needle should I buy?

Although needle size is really quite a personal preference, the general recommendation is that you choose a size 24 needle for 14ct aida or 28ct evenweave/linen, a size 26 needle for 16ct aida or 32ct evenweave/linen and a size 28 needle for 18ct aida or 36ct evenweave/linen.
