A needle threader is a handy tool for threading your needle. This Milward multifunctional threader in the shape of a bird has a built-in thread cutter. The bird's beak is a flip-out cap that protects the vulnerable end of the tool when it is not in use. The plastic handle has small indentations on the side, so that the threader is comfortable to hold and provides good grip. In addition, the threader has a hole for a key ring or lanyard. The threader is made of blue plastic. Milward's packaging is 100% plastic-free and also fully recyclable.

What size needle should I buy?

Although needle size is really quite a personal preference, the general recommendation is that you choose a size 24 needle for 14ct aida or 28ct evenweave/linen, a size 26 needle for 16ct aida or 32ct evenweave/linen and a size 28 needle for 18ct aida or 36ct evenweave/linen.
