This handy seam ripper makes it easy to cut through buttonhole stitches and to unpick seams. The small seam ripper has a sharp longer section and a short tip with a rounded end. The protective cap can be placed on the handle to make the handle longer. The blade is made from steel, while the handle and the protective cap are made of plastic. Suitable for both right- and left-handed people.

What size needle should I buy?

Although needle size is really quite a personal preference, the general recommendation is that you choose a size 24 needle for 14ct aida or 28ct evenweave/linen, a size 26 needle for 16ct aida or 32ct evenweave/linen and a size 28 needle for 18ct aida or 36ct evenweave/linen.
